The “Stitches Collection™” are designed to withstand normal everyday use a child will put a companion doll through.
If your “Stitches Doll” should fall out of the spectrum stated on the leaflet: “Taking The Best Care Of Your Doll”, please contact the Manufacturer via the same process of purchase.
Any returned “Stitches Doll” will be investigated & if the Manufacturer is at fault, the doll will be replaced with its equivalent coded “Stitches Doll”.
